On Monday morning, January 30, 2017, WECAN will email 1) login information for the redesigned WECAN Online Vacancy/Application program and 2) the new WECAN URL/web address (https://wecan.education.wisc.edu/) to the Main District Administrator for the school system.
It is critical that the school system’s main WECAN administrator open and REVIEW the information found in the Account Management link that is found on the retired WECAN Main Menu.
The email address listed within the Employer Profile in the Account Management link will receive the email that contains the login information and new WECAN URL.
If this email address is no longer accurate, there will be a delay in providing access to the school system’s WECAN account and in WECAN providing login information.
If the school system experiences this situation, emailWECAN with the name of the school system and the appropriate and complete Employer Profile information.
Changes to the school’s new WECAN account will be required. WECAN will respond with login information after the changes in the account have been implemented. There will be a delay.
