Position:	District Health Coordinator
Location:	District-wide
Start Date:	2012-13 School Year
Licensure:	Wisconsin Licensure in Health (#910) Recommended

Leadership Responsibilities Include:	
•	Facilitate implementation of updated Human Growth & Development 
Program (professional development, resources and materials)

•	Facilitate implementation of Wellness Program (planning, 
screenings, activities)

•	Facilitate Physical Activity & Nutrition Committee meetings
				
Compensation:
•	Assignment stipend determined annually ($1850.00 for 2011-12)
